Ten years ago, I took matters into my own hands.

After getting a divorce in my 20s and feeling very lonely on my single, independent journey, I decided it was time to do my life differently than other women.

After traveling the world, visiting yoga ashrams and truly finding my zen, I decided to journal to God to figure out if egg freezing was really right for me.

It was a 4 year journey to get to a “yes’ to freeze my eggs. And what happened after that truly was life changing.

Now, as a certified health coach and life coach, I help ensure every women understands what I had to learn on my own. I want to ensure every woman has all of the fertility information on her body and understand all of her options.

Each woman is on her own journey which can feel alone and uncomfortable, but together we can be powerful and a force for good.
